Nothing about the medical care is abbreviated because it is virtual.
When it is clinically appropriate, yes. Dr. Nicolas Maalouf, DO, prescribes semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) after a full metabolic workup, and manages titration, side effects, and monitoring afterward. Prescriptions are sent to the San Diego pharmacy you choose.

Elios is a direct-pay concierge practice and does not bill insurance for visits. Superbills are available for reimbursement, and HSA or FSA funds usually apply. Medication coverage runs through your own pharmacy benefit.
